I applied via LinkedIn and received an automated email to complete an English test followed by a Behavioral Assessment by Predictive Index.
After that, I received an invitation for a one-way recorded interview, made of 8 questions with a 1-minute time frame, both for thinking about my answers and responding.
Once the video was reviewed by the hiring team, I received another email inviting me for a call with Sue, the Hiring Manager. The interview was smooth and super friendly, she made questions related to my background.
After that call, I was invited to meet the Sales Manager from my region. We were supposed to have a demo call (cold call role play) but he skipped the step due to my previous experience in the sector. So he asked mainly about my background and goals. This interview was in Spanish.
The final step was an interview with the Director of Global Sales, we had a 1-hour call where he asked me lots of technical questions related to the job position and discussed oh my previous experiences could help in this specific role (since I don't have previous experience as a Salesperson). The first 30' were for him to ask me and the rest 30' were for me to make him whatever questions I had.
Every single interview was stress-free and friendly!
