The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudmed
Interview
I had 3 interviews with three different individuals and was told I would hear back within two weeks and to reach out to them, if I don’t hear anything back. The director and manager I interviewed with were both very kind and professional. When I didn’t hear back, I followed up with the recruiter who initially reached out to me at the beginning of the interview process, and she pretty much ghosted me. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least, especially when one takes time off work just to interview (multiple interviews,) at that. I had a good impression of the company, until that happened. What’s so hard about letting someone know whether or not they got the job? If someone had just responded to my email decently and told me, I wouldn’t be writing this review. It’s ridiculous that companies do this to prospective employees that invested time in their interview process, and it’s time to start calling them out for it. Just let them know they didn’t get the job, it only takes about 10 seconds. Very rude. She not only poorly represented himself, but the company as a whole.

Question 1
Tell me about a negative and positive team experience.
Online, lots of questions, multiple rounds of interviews. Everyone was ontime, no hard challenges. It is a breeze to interview with this company if you are remote or in person.
Very straight forward interview process. Met with recruiter then a senior director and 2 hiring managers. Very straightforward questions about my experience and behavioral questions. Involved a few questions about data.
Straight forward interview with the directors of the department. Very nice people who conducted more of a conversation than anything else. After that got a call from HR with an offer.
