I interviewed at Coffman Engineers (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Very welcoming staff. Had an Initial phone call with practice group leader and in person interview followed by offer letter. The interview process was not difficult, they were helpful with scheduling and issued an offer quickly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coffman Engineers (Bozeman, MT) in Aug 2024
Interview
Interview process was pretty lengthy. The interviewers were very kind and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, they offered a salary way below the industry standard salary, I was told that this varies office to office location in the United States.
Very easy going with no difficult questions. The company just wants to get to know you as an individual. And make sure you are a good fit. They will typically see you at least two times before making a decision.
