Cognizant Project Manager interview questions

It's a three round process in my case where the initial around is basic on skill set as per the resume. The second round was manager round questions floated around various aspects of project management, technical skills and risk management. The best part of the interview is that they clearly lay out the situation and they only expect the honest solutions. The promotions to next round will only depend on how confident, honest and best solution we come out with. And I did it :)
