Colgate-Palmolive Graduate Trainee interview questions

1st round: Basic HR interview - Go through your resume, describe past experiences, situational questions, etc. 2nd round: Fieldwork & solo case presentation - Groups are taken to different retail environments to observe. Each person then has to come up with a solo presentation with recommendations for the assigned store/s. 3rd round: 1 hr group case presentation (observed by panel) - Groups of 6 have 1 hr to solve a case and prepare a ppt presentation while being observed by a large panel. Each group then has to present while the other waits outside.

Applied through LinkedIn, there is a total of 4-5phases. Very tough and rigorous. Phases consist of HR interview and numerous case studies as a group. No need to really prepare for the case studies. Overall great experience. Very respectful and responsible HR team. They shortlist only half the candidates to proceed to the next phase.
