Headhunter handled the 2 first rounds of interviews and all tests for personality, IQ and numerical. The headhunter focus much on my abilities, strengths that are required for the position. Also the headhunter evaluated my potential and willingness to grow in the structure of the company.
Only at the 3rd interview I was interviewed by the HR Director of the division. He focus a lot on listening to "my story"and took many notes about my previous salary and other specific details.
