ComPsych Health and Wellness Client and Project Manager interview questions

I applied for this position in early January only hear back by Mid-Feb. I received an email from the recruiter that the hiring manager wanted to do a Facetime or Skype interview. I thought a little strange that there was no initial phone screen from a recruiter/HR but nice I was able to skip a step in the typical interview process. I also found a Facetime interview for the first interview strange as well. I had the interview, was a little awkward on Facetime at first but got over it quickly. A lot of easy past experience questions. Halfway through the interviewer asked a specific question that I did not have experience with at my previous positions. After my response her entire body language changed (I can see you on Facetime!). I felt like she stopped interacting and only read questions from a piece of paper. The recruiter said he would talk with the manager and get back to me right away. A week later I messaged the recruiter asking the status. The recruiter said, "I believe we are going to go with an internal candidate". Thanks for the customer service! Other people might have had a positive experience, my experience has been overall negative with ComPsych.
