I had one initial zoom call with a corporate recruiter. The interviewer was all smiles the whole time and was SO interested in hearing about my background. Mr. Chuckles even explicitly stated how he was going to move me forward in the process, and that I should be getting a follow up email by EOD. Then can you guess what happened? Crickets. I followed up with the recruiter twice in the span of two weeks to absolute silence. It's times like these, when so many people are getting laid off, so many people are really struggling to find work; and recruiters like this somehow find a way to set the bar lower than dinosaur bones. SHAMEFUL. This behavior is unacceptable and you put on blast again and again.
