I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Compass Group in Apr 2018
Interview
Submitted application online. Simple application though very vague (this was their old HR system). Was reached out by a recruiter about a month later for a HireVue interview. Passed the Phone Screen with initial recruiter in NC and was asked what region I wanted to interview in. Gave her a list of cities I was willing to travel to for an in-person interview for the MIT position. She had me select my top 3 cities and within a week I was reached out to by another individual for a 1-1 in-person individual closer to my home.
Drove to the city for an in-person interview. Since this school never had a MIT candidate, they needed to make sure they could take me on. Basically got a solid "We like you, but just have to do paperwork on our end" speech from the interviewer. Stayed in contact for the next 3 weeks or so and received an offer from the NC recruiter at the end of the 3 weeks.
