I have interviewed at Compass two times. Both times, one of the marketers in the second phase of interviews totally fails to show up.
The recruiters have been helpful for the phone screens which is relatively easy. No complaints there.
The first time I reached the secondary interview, the marketer completely forgot (?) or just didn't think to reschedule ahead of time, so we had to move the interview to another day. Then the second time I was provided a prompt which I worked on, and anticipated on presenting over a video conference. During the video call, I met with a couple other marketers who asked general questions, then when it came time to meet with the marketer and present my prompt response, they never showed. I checked in with my recruiters about what happened and haven't heard back.
Not sure what communication issues they have over at Compass, but not a great look.
