Confluent Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I applied online and got the recruiter reached out in about a week. The whole process took about two months with the following phases: - Initial phone call with the recruiter: very informative session to know more about this company, also transparent about the hiring process. - One round of Tech Screen - Four rounds of VO (1 BQ, 1 design, 2 codings) - Team match The overall process went smooth, largely due to my recruiter being proactive providing all feedback in a timely manner. Also expect a detailed interview preparation session hosted by the recruiter which was really helpful. The VO was planned on 2 days but one round got cancelled a day before. Luckily my coordinator quickly helped with rescheduling so the process didn't get delayed for too long. Once completed all interviews, I waited for 10 days to hear back from my recruiter. Along with some good news, I waited for about a week to proceed the team match. Both recruiters and coordinator showed great professionalism and enthusiasm about their work. I had to say this is one of the major factors that made me accept the offer.
