Confluent Software Engineer interview questions

The first thing after the application was an OA taken from Hackerrank. The interview after passing the OA consisted of an initial phone screen with 1 coding problem, then the final rounds consisted of 1 technical round and 1 behavioral round. The interviews and interviewers were very nice and easy to communicate with, I had a good time during the interviews. However, the HR management and decision release don't seem to be organized, they initially said the decision would be released in around a 1-week time frame, then I followed up when not receiving it, and they revised it and said it's going to be ready the next week, and I followed up once more as I did not hear back from them, it was pushed to the next week again. So I decided to take an offer from the other company due to the unprofessional after-interview handling from the HR department, I've applied to Confluent twice, and I was able to make to the final rounds for both tries, I can tell you that this is the way they handle things because they kept pushing things back during the first time as well. Not to mention, now I've started my new position while still haven't heard back from them lol.

Pretty long, and it feels like most of the interviewers went into the interview having already made up their minds about the candidates. Perhaps they don't really care for candidates that aren't recently laid off from FAANG type companies.
