I interviewed at Constant Contact in August of 2022. The whole process from recruiter screening to offer took about 2-3 weeks and went through a total of 6 interviews. I was given an offer a couple hours after my last interview.
Overall I LOVED my interviewing experience at Constant Contact. The marketing/sales team was very welcoming and each interview was such a delight. They were very kind in letting me take 10 days to make my decision.
I ultimately did not accept the offer because I was presented with a better offer. I was truly sad because the team I interviewed with was great.
Advice to the team: There was one thing that rubbed me the wrong way, and maybe it wasn't intentional. After letting the recruiter know that I was not going to be taking their offer and I wish them the best, I did not receive a reply. Even though I did not accept, I did give a lot of my time to the team in 6 different interviews. Candidates are also interviewing you, your team, and your offer. They don't have to say yes to your offer. If they gave you hours of their time the least you can do is say thank you and send them on their way.
