Constellation Energy Commercial Operations Analyst interview questions

1 hour interview of the STAR Method, about 5 min to ask interview panel questions. Interview panel wants as detailed responses as possible. Interview answers should include specific dates/projects, issue, and resolution. They want to know who you collaborated with to resolve the issue, how long it took, and actual calculations of your outcome. Most of their questions ask the same thing, just worded differently. Be prepared with at least 5 scenarios of issue resolution.
