Interview was a little intimidating because I was low balled on my starting hourly wages and I didn’t know if I turned the offer down that I would not be hired so I desperately excepted it in the mixing department.

Can you or are you available for 12 hour shifts? The system is set up where if you don’t work the 12 hour shifts on Saturday and Sundays twice a month, you will not get close to 40 hour weeks. No overtime is paid for working the 12hour shifts by design!
