Why Continental ? Strength/ weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years ?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Hamburg) in Jul 2022
Interview
I got a telephone call which I had in German. They only asked me to confirm a date for the online interview. I then later had an interview with 3 interviewers. One from HR other two from Projects and Engineering. They initiated the conversation in German and I had half of the interview in German then I asked them to switch to English to answer a question better. They asked the usual questions and also showed a presentation about the business area of Continental the applied position. The experience was really very smooth.
