I had a conversation with the executive recruiter. She was warm, approachable and transparent throughout the conversation. She had a great interviewing style because her questions were relevant to the role and probed for behaviors and attributes she was assessing for.

Interview
Initial phone screening with internal recruiter. Then a combination of phone calls and video conferences with hiring manager and other stakeholders. After this was brought onsite to meet with direct team as well as ancillary team members. All in, took about three weeks. Krysta C. was a great ambassador for the company, making sure to keep me informed throughout the process as well as helping me to prepare for each interview.

Kathy was great, her enthusiasm for her role and her company made for an excellent first impression. She was informative and focused on bringing in the right person as a cultural fit which is important for long term success when looking to bring on a new hire.
