Interview
Initial Recruiter messaging, then phone call to talk about the role and review candidate interest, background and qualfications. Recruiter call included time for candidate questions. This call was high quality and made a good first impression.
Hiring Manager call was the second step. Call included detail role review, overview of the hiring team working dynamics and environment, and several questions related to the subject matter for the role. Good time allowed for questions on this call as well. Third round was calls with peers on team and in similar roles. Each managed the same as the Hiring MGR call with good detail and time for questions from the candidate. Quality process-timely, detailed with fast detail response, all calls gave favorable company impression.

Describe how past accomplishments were achieved, why and how decisions were made. Additional questions were conversational supporting subject matter expertise. Each interview was managed well, detailed, and presented the opportunity and organization positively.
