Cornerstone OnDemand interview questions

This was truly one of the most frustrating processes that I've ever been through. The HR recruiter was unresponsive, uncommunicative, and had no follow through. I want to say that whether or not I had been hired (which I was not), the process was awful and gave an extremely negative impression of the company. I have friends who work here and I was excited at the possibility of joining the company. I ended up applying to 3 different roles. I have over 15 years of experience in the same industry, I have an excellent track record and references, and I know this world. The first time I applied they had 2 openings. I had to be the one to initiate every action, as the HR person was not being responsive. It turned out they hired internally, which I actually greatly respect. The communication however, was terrible. I applied to a different role and emailed the recruiter to let her know. No response... ever (on that role). I saw another opening several months later, for the same original role I had applied for. I applied again. I went through 2 interviews, which both went very well. I was prepped & ready for interview #3, only to show up to an empty meeting. When I emailed the HR person, they apologized and let me know that the person had a crazy travel schedule and would not be able to meet with me. I followed up with my friends internally, as well as with the recruiter. My friend let me know that they basically now had a hiring freeze. It took the recruiter over a week to share that information with me. How disappointing and what a poor reflection of the company.

Interview is quite simple and mostly they will look for people having SAS based escalation management experience rather than other fields. Over all good experience except the feedback mechanism. After interview they will ghost you if you do not follow up with them consistently.
