Interview Process:
My overall interview experience was disappointing. I had my technical interview on June 14th and received results on June 17th. After providing three time slots for my next interview, it was initially scheduled for June 27th. However, on the night of June 26th, I was informed it needed to be rescheduled due to panel unavailability. While understandable, it required me to again provide multiple time slots, and the interview was eventually set for July 1st at 3 PM CST.
Outcome and Follow-Up:
After nearly 17 days of rescheduling and preparation, it was disappointing that the interview did not utilize the full time or allow for a deeper discussion. Despite the presence of two interviewers, the conversation was neither comprehensive nor engaging. After several follow-ups, I finally received an update a week later informing me that I would not be moving forward.
