Interview
I applied online and within a few days was contacted to schedule a phone interview. I was surprised that the person that called was not the individual who scheduled the phone interview and had not been told to expect someone else. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and was told they'd have a decision on next steps within the week. About two weeks later I heard back via email that they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview and was told it would take approximately 2.5-3 hours. I gave them my availability and as I am currently employed full-time could not be very flexible about taking half a day off from work. They suggested times that did not match up with my availability but we finally came to an agreement for a date two weeks from that point. Two days before my scheduled interview I received a generic email that the position had already been filled and my resume would be kept on file. I was frustrated that they didn't even give me the opportunity to interview after I had re-arranged my entire work schedule to meet their needs for an interview.

Interview
Arrived at the office builiding where I meet with a member of the department. I then received a tour of the building meeting other employees in different departments. We then had a catered lunch which I'm told happens basically daily. During the tour and lunch I was answering questions concerning my experience and what I would like to accomplish in business and personal. After the tour and lunch I was told I would hear back from them if they were interested in a more formal interview.
