Initial phone interview with a recruiter, then an interview with a senior leader, and then a “project day” with a staff member currently working in the role, to give you a more concrete idea of what your role would look like and give you a chance to give them an idea how you would do in that role

The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
