I applied to the position online and received an email the next day asking me to complete a personality test and a skills/ logic test, as well as asking me when I'd like to schedule a phone interview. The personality test was straight forward, but the logic test was rather difficult (30 questions in 10 minutes). After my phone Interview, which lasted about 40 minutes, I received another email to schedule my first face to face interview. I then got a second email asking if I would be able to complete my first interview and "project day" on the same day. Project day is just a third interview where you briefly learn about the account coordinator position and then are quizzed on what you've learned. This day lasted about 3 hours and I was treated to lunch in house afterwards with an employee and account manager. The next day, I was asked for three professional references and then was offered the position just a few days later. The whole process went by very fast and was by far the best interview process I've experienced. It was definitely difficult, but made me feel like I was qualified for the job, and that they really wanted me, which boosted my confidence since CoverMyMeds is such a great company.
