5 separate interviews - Intro call - Talk about past projects - System design - Codeshare - Culture The intro call and past project talks with the engineering manager were great. I got a context on the type of work I would be doing, the team, the tech stack, and how growth is cultivated. At this point, I really wanted to work there. During system design and codeshare, I didn't feel comfortable and my interviewers were not engaged. I didn't really mind that this affected my performance because I didn't see myself wanting to work there at that point. Although I didn't want to continue, the culture interview was already scheduled. The Chief Product Officer could use a few training classes on interviewing without bias and anti-harrassment.

3 interviews, spaced about a week each, I was asked to describe some projects and do a python challenge that was pretty easy. I did well on all of them just to be ghosted in the end, more than 2 months have passed and I never got an answer about the status of my application.
