Cox Communications Project Manager interview questions

I applied online and received an e-mail a week later to set up a phone screen. During the call, the recruiter didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me. It felt like I was fighting her to give my answers, only for her to talk them down. I was more than qualified for the position, but she said the hiring manager wouldn't want to talk to me because I didn't have enough experience. Then she brought up pay expectations and what I had made previously. I told her what I had made in the past, and she quickly cut me off, saying it wouldn't pay anywhere near that. I then mentioned I would take a pay cut and be OK with that. She couldn't get off the phone any quicker. At the end of the day, she seemed like she hated her job and didn't want to talk to me. Also, do they even review resume's before they schedule phone interviews?

Behavioral-based interview questions with mutli-level leadership that inquired about my prior professional experiences in diverse business environments. They inquired about budgets, projects/programs, and business that I managed at previous companies. Also, the inquired about my leadership style and ability to deliver results in stressful sittuations.
