Easy short interview with GM who asked the basic questions. Setup the background check and 5 days later called to schedule for training. Training is horrible, several hours on a computer hearing about Cracker Barrel.
Scheduled for a mid-day intervention about a week after applying. Manager was prompt and direct. The whole process took around an hour. I was hired the same day as the interview.

Great interview with the General Manager at the Simpsonville South Carolina location with excellent entry level training, informative videos, and team oriented staff.The Training coordinator at this store was very thorough and positive.

Very professional, offered me a drink. Very sweet staff. Waited 2 min before I was brought to the back. Manager took me into his training room and closed the door. We interviewed.
