It was a quick interview.. got the job but later found out that I had a very messy manager. She would lie and say she put me on the schedule but really didn’t then fired me for a “no call no show” when I wasn’t even scheduled to work.
Simple and straightforward process. The various steps were clearly outlined and any and all questions answered well and promptly. Response time was fair. The hiring team and manager were polite and professional.

It’s amazing. All the managers are really interesting. Cracker Barrel was an amazing place to work and they get back to you super quickly. It’s a supportive environment. Everybody is super welcoming. The interview is quick and pretty easy.

They ask a lot of questions but one was why do I think I’m a good fit for this job?
