I applied, a couple days later I got a task asking to set up an interview, I went in for the interview and basically they only asked me what my availability was like and what position I was looking to be hired for and then they hired me on the spot and asked me to fill out paperwork and start online training.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel in Jun 2016
Interview
The whole process took only a few days. Applied online. Got an email the next day asking me to call and schedule an interview. Called and set up an interview for 2 weeks from that day (had to be in wedding the next week so I was booked.) Interviewed with a manager. Currently waiting for an interview with the GM.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Missoula, MT) in May 2014
Interview
The managers who did my interviews were very scattered and not actually focused on the interview. They clearly did not care about the interview and probably would have hired anyone who walked through their doors.
