Cracker Barrel interview questions

I applied online for the position and was contacted within a couple of weeks. The recruiter initiated the first interview over the phone. I then had a phone interview with the department director. A week later I had two more phone interviews with two other individuals. The recruiter then flew to meet me for a face to face interview over a meal. I then was flown to tennessee for a day of interviews and online testing. All of the people were extremely professional and nice throughout the process.

Talked to kitchen supervisor one day for about 10 minutes. He told me to come back a few days later and talk to the General Manager. Talked to her for about 15 minutes. Had to wait a couple more days for my background check to come back. When it did I was offered the job. Management is very nice and upbeat. They also know what they are doing. You go through a training program before you actually start your job. It is pretty thorough, and honestly I have never gone through anything like it for a kitchen position. But you learn a lot in training. You take tests on the computer, there is a lot of reading about the business, what you are expected to do, OSHA MSDS sheets, menu items and how to plate up. I've completed 15 hours of only training so far and I have only worked for three days. And I am not finished with my computer part. Overall though it seems like decent job (since I haven't actually started cooking yet).
