Cracker Barrel Manager interview questions

The interview was a good and entertaining experience. It was held in the dining area around a slower period to focus on the interview. the manager seemed very interested in what I had to say.

Recruiter sounded dry and bothered in participating in the interview. He asked the basic questions: why CB, name someone you've mentored and what was the outcome, greatest strength, how would manage lavot costs, etc. There would be long pauses in between, he apologized for writing things down. Overall, he seemed as if he were distracted and unprepared.
