Applied online (LinkedIn) and got a shortlisted mail after 10 days. First round was online assessment where they gave a case study and tested excel skills. Second round was interview where the hr asked basic hr interview questions and then asked how I solved the assessment step-by-step. The final question was a case study.

The entire process took 3 days with 3 rounds of interview each. Initially, live assessment round on email drafting, second mock call round as an agent, third round with the founding team. All the rounds went very well but recieved rejection mail. If the budget was an issue, then why was the interveiws conducted with misplaced expectation. The professional has no regrets to waste candidates time .
