Fairly easy going and standard interview process. First meeting with team members, and second with managers. A third round for technical if you pass their expectations and move on. Otherwise, fairly non-technical for the most part.
After two interviews and a technical interview, I was completely ghosted with no feedback or even a rejection email, even after contacting several different people in the process to try and get any sort of feedback. Deeply disappointing, especially because they initially seemed like a great company and even bought me a lunch after the onsite interviews. I'd rather get feedback than a lunch, especially after getting further into the process and doing an analysis test which involved writing actual code.

I was given a spreadsheet of data for a classification project. The columns and types were key (string), len (integer), and hint (string). I was asked to analyze the data in order to make recommendations for how they could update their classification engine.
