CrowdStrike Senior AI Researcher interview questions

HR interview, next a technical interview. I found the experience to be quite challenging and, unfortunately, not reflective of a professional process. The technical interview lacked clear structure, and the questions posed were unexpectedly difficult and disconnected from the role’s requirements. Some questions were like in a university exam rather than an interview for a senior position. Additionally, there was limited feedback provided afterward, which made it difficult to understand how I could improve. The overall experience left me feeling that the process could benefit from better transparency, and a more respectful approach to candidates.
