Cruise System Engineer interview questions

The Interview process was very fast from my first contact with the recruiter. Despite a large number of interviews (I spoke to 11 people). I felt like I got a great feel for the different team members. The recruiter was very transparent and forthcoming with information and encouragement. The team I work in currently includes lots of the engineers I interviewed with and it helped a lot that I had met many of them. It only took a month and a half for first contact, onsite, offer letter, negotiation, visa proceedings to start, despite the winter break being in the middle of proceedings. I highly recommend the team, and the company. I was very comfortable and excited throughout the interview process, which was tough technically.

The interviewers were un prepared for the questions. All everybody did was sift through the resume and asked me write requirements text in the board. No creative questions, none whatsoever. I got the feeling that all they needed was someone who can write requirements all day long.
