Interview
There is a line of people that you wait for and then you are seated on a bench for a basic interview. the process itself takes about 20 min and if you are hired as a contract, there is no way to know when your last day is. they just do mass layoffs when they feel like it.

Short and informal. Focused on lab skills and experience in undergrad. Very fast interview and fast to reply after. Trained us on the job. A lot of other interviewees were there at the same time.
