1st interview - with 2 current members of the MDP, some behavioral questions, a few scenario questions 2nd interview - with 2 different current members of the MDP, they screen shared and showed me graphs which they asked me to analyze and comment on on the spot

I was contacted three weeks after applying online. I had a phone interview with two current management development associates. I heard back seven days later, not from my interviewers, but from the Curriculum Associates Recruiting Team. I was told that the applicant pool was extremely strong this year and that they wouldn't pursue me further. They re-posted the job the next day, after it had been taken down for two weeks. It has now been up for a week, so even if it was an automatic re-post, it's clear that their applicant pool was not so competitive as to keep them from soliciting new hires. The recruitment team could probably use some advising on how to write rejection letters, you know, to perhaps, as representatives of Curriculum Associates, avoid dishonesty.
