Went through 4 rounds, totaling 5+ hours of time and effort.
The final round had a 4-member panel asking questions rapid-fire, without structure or flow, making it feel like a stress test rather than an assessment.
Despite answering most questions with confidence, no feedback or communication followed — not even a basic courtesy response.
Clearly looking for a unicorn candidate while offering compensation far below industry standards.
Overall, the process felt disrespectful, disorganized, and completely lacking transparency.
Advice to Management:
If you expect candidates to invest serious time and effort in your process, the least you can do is respond post-interview.
Coaching your interview panels on structure, pacing, and empathy will go a long way in improving your employer brand.
And please align your expectations with what you're willing to offer — great talent won't entertain poor experiences and lowball offers.
