standard interview questions in beginning - then role play and discovery where they put you on shop floor to talk to staff and customers.
Had interview at trafford centre with 2 people, great and nice their to help you if you get stuck. role play is about building rapport with customer so ask questions to find out which device suits them. such as what kind of phone u looking for, features, using it for work or just social uses.
discovery is talking to customers, try and build rapport, member some staff names and what whats carphone different is that they use a tablet!!! to find the best deals for customers.
Questions regarding the role and experience . How relevant previous experience and skills are, expectations of day to day. What you expect to learn what you are present on the role at hand
1 stage interview was okay sat in the back and they went through it with me got the job sorted offered me at the interview was easy and explained process and how long it would take to start
Normal process, asked about my background and extra curricular subjects including why I was interested in working in tech.
