(the job title was just “Singles Satisfaction Associate”)
The interview ran over 5 hours. I first interviewed with two people in a room. They asked me if I had experience working with a team in slightly different ways many times. One of them kept looking at his phone, which I found distracting. That was my least favorite part of the interview.
After that, I had an interview via video conference with a higher-ranked person who was extremely nice; it felt like a genuine conversation and was definitely the most enjoyable part of the interview.
There was also a test, which included doing a test call, as if you were interacting with a customer. There were also multiple choice and writing parts of the test.
Though it was a long experience, overall it wasn’t a bad one. I also received a call within an hour of leaving the interview.
