I applied online and within a day or two received an email with instructions on how to complete the required orientation and paperwork. Only after that will the district process background checks and upon good report, substitute status will be issued. No interview was required.

Interview
Everything was conducted online other than training and going in to receive your documentation and identification. The process itself can take anywhere form a week up to a few month depending on how quickly HR processes your application as well as how long it take for your background and finger printing.
Asynchronous online, record a video of you answering a couple of questions. You are given the question, a couple of minutes to formulate your response, and then record your answer. Then submit your response to a written prompt in which you have 10 minutes to complete your submission.

Easy. There was no interview was required. Simply Fill out the online application and submit all college transcripts and complete an orientation session. They took a long time to schedule the orientation but after that it was done
