Interview
Had a 1-hour phone interview with the HR representative and current intern. Was asked on various personality and behavioural type questions. It was quite a casual chat rather than a formal interview, which I think was great in easing up the "interview anxiety". Was required to specify work experiences that relate to skills required for the internship. Heard back from the HR within couple of days.

Interview
Very smooth and fast. The interviewer was also very transparent with their feedback. I was endorsed to the hiring manager within the same day I had my initial interview with the recruiter. They mainly focused on my experience. I also appreciated how they described the role and consistently asks me if I would be okay or comfortable with the role requirements.

How comfortable/proficient are you in using Excel/Sheets?
just a zoom call with two interviewers, where they asked basic questions so that they can get to know you and your previous experiences, as well as your working attitude.
Direct interview with the Manager, scrutinized every single line of your resume and questioned every part of it. Had two interview in totality only, one HR and one direct reporting Manager.
