Interview
Dish has a notoriously bad reputation. However, the entire organization was extremely professional throughout the entire process. It was surprising to see the stark difference between the negative external view that I was given by many, and the positive experience I had with everyone at Dish.
They are tough interviews. They subject you to rigorous online tests both at home and onsite. (I strangely found some fun.)

Multiple rounds of interviews that felt erratic. They added a few assessments later in the process which was never communicated initially. Not a well planned or well communicated process overall which probably speaks to the nature of the culture at the company.

They are trying to create a culture of 5 days in office which is driven by the founder. They wanted to make sure whoever joins will be coming to office everyday.
applied online, had a screening call with the recruiter, had an interview with the hiring managers, had the online exams, didnt hear back for a couple of weeks, then the recruiter told me I was rejected referencing a position I didnt even apply for.
