Interviews only - I was not hired.
1. Phone interview with HR that just seemed like a cursory step to make sure that they were looking at the correct resume and that I claimed the resume.
2. On-line testing - basic math, one of those personality things that tries to disguise itself as something else.
3. Another short screening on the phone with HR discussing specific job description, then setting an interview time - they said it would be a three to four hour process, so morning or afternoon were the only choices.
4. Arrived early but the front desk was severly backed up due to a large group (six people) that was not on the "list", so they were printing name tags for each of them. The HR person saw the line and was standing on the other side of security to facilitate if I had any hiccups getting in. Two more tests and the wunderlich, if you don't know what that is (another test, but special), you should look it up, not sure about the spelling. Finally met with the person who would be my direct supervisor in a meeting room, so I assume she has a cubicle, for about 30 minutes. We had a nice conversation about the position and she had some canned questions. Then met with her boss and her boss's boss (in boss's boss office) together for another 45 minutes, then was walked out of the building by boss's boss. All together not a bad experience, I test well so any testing probably gives me an advantage.
