I applied online. I interviewed at DISH in Jan 2013
Interview
Must pass a test to get an interview. Questions were common sense questions that were not an evaluation of technical skills. There is also a psychological/honesty profile, just answer the questions honestly the test is designed to catch dishonesty. Human Resource people were very professional, helpful and pleasant. One phone interview and one face to face interview. Must pass a background check and drug screen to be hired. Basically if you can speak coherently and have a heart rate of 60-100 beats a minute and a temperature of 98 to 99 degrees you have a shot at getting hired.
