Interview
Did the online assessment. Two weeks passed and got a call for a phone interview. Then right after the interview, she schedule me a one on one interview with a local Field Manager. 3 days after the one on one i got called for a background check and then a drug screen the day after. After that 2 days I got a job offer :))))))))

First impressions have been great. however today is only my first day on the job. i will be sure to update this in the future. thus far they have taken care of travel expenses, hotel, and even reimbursing for lunch everyday during training
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. I was given a great understanding of the position and the daily duties it would entail. I was also given a comprehensive breakdown of the promotion possibilities and compensation.

Interview
It was a virtual interview that lasted 15 mins. The hiring manager was very friendly and personable. The interview was short and to the point, and focused on questions from past experiences and reacting to certain situations.
