I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DISH (Englewood, CO) in Jun 2012
Interview
Initially received a phone call from a recruiter and after talking about the position, I scheduled an interview. When I showed up at the interview location, I spoke with the hiring manager who was clearly on his way out, stating numerous times, "I'm looking to train my replacement" and "Things are a mess around here, but we're working on it" (He left the company three weeks later). Questions were elementary (commensurate with the position), mostly situation-type questions. Overall, a pretty easy process.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DISH (Valley Stream, NY)
Interview
Veronica greeted me with a smile, handshake and pleasant overall demeanor. She started the interview promptly, even though I was a few minutes early, which I appreciate. She was very informative of the day to day tasks involving the job and have a thorough explanation of the environment and what to expect. Her questions were simple and her answers to mine were thorough. All n' all the interview was an enjoyable experience.
