I did not get past the initial recruiter call. First, this recruiter was 6 minutes late to call me (he did not even mention this when I answered) The recruiter appeared nice enough but not was fully engaged at the start, or just sleepy. He informed me that I should change the job title on my resume????? He then asked scripted generic questions, of which I gave a full detail of my work history, for the last 8 years, what I've accomplished in various roles along with skill set, he continued to ask me the same question "did you do this?" for every job on my resume, when he reached a role I had 13 years ago, and asked the same question I said "what is the relevancy of this"? I've given you a full detailed breakdown of my experiences and skill set and how it aligns with this role"? I gave up and ended the interview. The sad part if this is whom companies trust to evaluate prospects and actually decide who is qualified for the roles they are interviewing for,
