I recently had the pleasure of going through the interview process with DISH, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, everything was seamless, well-organized, and stress-free.
A huge part of this positive experience was thanks to Caroline, the recruiter. She was incredibly pleasant and supportive throughout the entire process. From the initial application to the final job offer, Caroline kept me informed at every step, providing timely updates and clear communication. She made sure I knew exactly what to expect at each stage, which really helped ease any nerves I had.
Caroline’s warm and professional approach made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks to her. If you're considering applying to DISH, rest assured you'll be in great hands. Caroline and the team truly made this a fantastic experience!

The whole hiring process took more than a month. I had 4 interview rounds and an assessment. Assessment focuses on maths and problem solving skills. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, one more interview by other team members, a panel interview with 3 4 members and finally there's a Bar raiser interview by a leader from other team.
