Initially interviewed for an internship position. After that interview, one of the managers called and asked if I wanted to be considered for a position that was opening up soon. After making weeks of having to follow up, the manager ended up telling me that suddenly they no longer needed a copywriter. It was very frustrating and they left me in the dark for quite a bit.

The interview process went well. It was incredibly nice to meet people both in and out of the creative department to get a feel for the company culture and work environment.
