DRW Operations interview questions

Disorganized sit in a room and conference call with Singapore office then various team members come in the room but no structure and information on who you will be meeting and how long the interview will last before the inter view

They blew off the first phone interview and asked to reschedule after the fact. Finally had a phone interview that I thought went fairly well and was told I’d likely hear back early the following week. 2 follow ups and 1 month later I haven’t heard anything. Unprofessional and flakey
